Fun with Grandma and Grandpa Henrie

The kids all had so much fun playing when we went to dinner at the Whitteker's
Fun riding the quads
riding off into the sunset

I know the below pic is fuzzy but I like it anyway.

We have had Matt's parents visiting with us this last week and we have had so much fun. It is so great to be able to spend time with them. Rachel has been so excited. Grandpa has been her best friend this week. She went on a walk with him and Katt every morning and always wanted to hold his hand. Rachel misses them already.

A Dog

As many of you know Rachel loves Dogs. Just recently Matt and I have begun to seriously consider getting one for her. I took Rachel and my nephews to some pet stores today, to look for beta fish food and to get out of the house. Well of course it happened, I found the perfect dog. She is a 3 month old Malt-tzu, or in other words and Maltese Shih-tzu mix. She was so good with the kids, both eager to play and cuddle. She wont shed or get to big. Oh how much I wanted to get her right then, (which is why I am writing, I can't stop thinking about it and I want to tell everyone, cause thats kind of how I work) *Sigh* I wish you could all see her. Adorable.

It was a great cross-over episode

Yesterday Rachel combined two of her favorite things. She got out her doll house and played The Wizard of Oz with Doctor Who. I am here to tell you the adventure was epic. And everyone got a ride in the Tardis.

Christmas Day 2009

We have had a wonderful Christmas. We took Rachel to look at the lights at Temple Square. We all had a lot of fun.

The next day we went to my sister Cammie's house, for our traditional fondue dinner, and Santa suprised us with a visit.

Ah, Christmas morning, Rachel was so excited

She got her very own kitchen, which she loves

Tape stuck on her foot

Good Morning Matt!

Rachel also got a pink giraffe, named pinkie. She has hardly let go of him all day.

Merry Christmas!

This was a couple of days after Rachel's birthday, but her official birthday party. She wanted a chocolate cake. (dis-spite how it looks, it was delicious, hee hee, baking cakes is not my strong point) Rachel had a very good day.
Rachel asked to paint using my easel, because she had never used one before. She drew and painted for hours that day.

Last Saturday, we got given tickets to go and see Disney Princesses on Ice. Rachel was very excited to say the least. It was so much fun to see her excited face. It was a good Saturday.
This picture is just so I can say this is my blog and I do appear on it occasionally.
